Yes it's normal. We don't have all the channel icons yet.
You can see in our channel list which channels have icons.

Хорошее Кино has no EPG. Not even on their official site.
Powerturk is in the list. We don't list HD channels. Read the "channels you can't ask for" topic.
There is no EPG for a channel called TRT1 Avrupa, not even on their official site. The channel doesn't really exist as far as I can see.
