Greetings.  We are an IPTV provider and we love your service.  I read the posts and FAQs regarding channel requests and I believe that my request complies.

The channel requested is Global News - Kingston (the city is Kingston, Ontario, Canada).  Call letters are CKWS.  I could not find a web site (aside from the main side for Global News), nor a schedule listing.
