This channel is an extension of Fox sports Midwest, or Bally sports Midwest. It's used mostly when the St Louis Missouri market has competing games on. So for instance today the St Louis blues were playing on Fox sports Midwest and the 1:00 p.m. time frame, so the St Louis Cardinals and Toronto Blue Jays game was shifted to Fox sports Midwest Plus
