Green channels were already there in Quatar, or added.
Please always check the channel finder at the top of the page before you ask for a channel.
The other channels can not be added, because there is no data on those sites you linked.
There should be, but isn't
I couldn't find those channels anywhere else.

Not all of them. Only Fox, Fox action, Fox family and Fox movies
