I know it might be a bit too much and maybe sometimes not enough details - if this is the case I am sorry and I will give you more details on channels you need.
I just realized that I was probably not precise enough.

There are no channels called Fox Sports in Japan.

Please look at the Fox Sports website you just linked and see which countries have channels.
Don't just throw in random stuff.
India has also no Fox Sports.
Also what does StarTimes Pan African mean?
There is no such channel called Pan African.
If you mean that you want channels listed at StarTimes, then you have to look at the channel finder first and then when you didn't find a channel you need, then you have to list the channel by name.
