Read the forum rules and follow them.
Use the channel list before asking for a channel.
Global BC is in the canadian list.

I think that Global BC which is in fact Global from the city of Vancouver that is, and Global BC1 are two different channels.
The first one is a generalist while the second one is a news only channel.
That's my two cents.
