There are no channels called Superchannel 1,2,3,4
All existing Super Ecran and Super Channels are listed in Canada
Movie Central doesn't exist. TMN took over and TMN channels are listed in Canada.
Added CTV News Vancouver
There is no such channel as CBC East.
There are a dozen CBC channels listed in Canada.
