Basically a channel we can assign to channels with no EPG available.
i.e. It will allow channels that would normally show nothing have 30/60 minutes blocks (more for aesthetics) xteve does this for Plex and I kind of love it now

Technically impossible at the moment.
Also no real benefit, so we can't put money and time into creating it.
Also rather a feature request than a channel request.
