Ok, I started to add channels from the west coast, but then I realized that there are already channels from the west coast, like NBC 4 LA US - NBC4KNBC.us

What I would need is an exact list of the channels you want to have and which are not yet in the list.

Yes. You now have most of the major networks for the west coast up.
If you added KTLA channel 5 in Los Angeles, that would cover the CW network for the west coast

As for Fox... you have three Fox affiliates. All are east coast and redundant. 
Add FOX 11 Los Angeles that would cover the west coast for Fox
