You have probably channel number 0 on some or all your channels.

Please click the "recount channels" button.

Without a channel number the save function doesn't work.

It is a bug and will be fixed.

The system assigns a channel number automatically to every channel when importing the m3u file, but apparently updating the m3u file messes it up sometimes.
