Those channels are already available.
Use the channel finder on the website.

The forum rules are naturally at the top of the particular forum.
You just have to look carefully.

nothing at Qatar 

Sir this channel are new they added in website last 2 days ago and this channel for Word Cup bein max 1 , 2 Arabic ,, bein max 3 English ,, bein Max4 France but to now they did not add please check more

at France , Spain etc..  package This bein max are wrong not same bein max at web site i give to you please check more is not same program

Ok, I see it now.
I added the MAx 1-3 channels.
There is no Max4 channel in MENA
