There are two channels I am hoping you will be able to add when you can. 

WLNY TV10|55 in NYC. This is an independent TV station with no network affliation
WNYE TV 25 in NYC. This is an independent non-profit tv station owned by NYC. Website is here: http://www1.nyc.gov/site/media/index.page
