Why would you say boxes my boxes are crap?

I am a customer that pays for your service.

Do you know what a "generic you" is?
Why are you offended by the fact that app developers and box manufacturers are producing crap?
Are you an app developer or a box manufacturer?
What does it have anything to do with the fact that you pay?
Does paying for something entitle you automatically to be treated like a king?

The XML issue has been fixed today in the morning.

I was not able to make the announcement until now, because I had stuff to do outside.
