You ARE using up my time.
I run the site alone regarding the channel updates and replying to forum/Facebook and email questions and there are 1000 things to do what other people are expecting to be there as soon as possible and working as intended.
My day has 24 hours too and if I have to reply to unnecessary questions, then the things more important will be delayed.
And my "tone" was factual.
If you are offended by everything, then it's your problem.
