RTL DE has a UHD variant which is effectively identical programming, except it only broadcasts when 4K programs are airing. It's otherwise signed off.
https://www.rtl.de/rtl-hd/sendungen-in-uhd/ points to the schedule of 4K programs. Non-4K programs will simply not air on RTL UHD. Having this guide will make it easier to coordinate the Plex DVR to choose the 4K channel when available, as it will often end up just record the "sign-off" message using the regular RTL EPG.
