Allow "." in tvg-chno field

Can you modify the tvg-chno field to accept numbers and a "."? I would like to be able to edit my channel list to mimic OTA channels and set test channels at the beginning of my lineup and am unable to right now because you do not allow the "." are part of a channel number. Its also helpful when adding the same channel from multiple providers.

Examples: tvg-chno="9.1", tvg-chno="9.2", tvg-chno="00.01"
