ARD.de missing today's and future programming
#1
Exclamation
Das Erste (ID: ARD.de) is missing todays and future EPG data.

Their website shows that they are still on the air and programming for the near future: https://www.daserste.de/programm/

Could @Epg Admin please look into why information is not publishing to the feed?

Thank you.

We've just pulled the .xml feed again and the effected channels don't appear to have any additional data. Could you please re-check or clear the cache?

Can you please link to the FAQ (as I can't see anything about server updates here: http://www.iptv-epg.com/faq)?

We'd like to inform our customers of a time/date when they should expect the service to be working again.

We update the EPG data once a day around midnight based on the particular country's time zone (capital city).
The updating process may take up to 1-3 hours depending on the amount of the channels in the particular country.

Austrian channels are already working since hours.
Germany takes a long time to update, although I started the update manually outside of the scheduled time.
Sorry.

Sorry.

It's 8 and a half hours past midnight in Berlin and the feed still doesn't contain shows from the reported German TV channels starting past 1am on the 3rd Dec, 2019.

Can you please check that the feed parsed correctly and the cache was reset?

UPDATE: The ARD.de channel has 5 additional shows from 0000 to 0600 this morning only, but all the other '.de' channels originally reported are still missing shows for a few days now and nothing in the future. Please investigate and let us know when we can fetch the feed again. Thanks.

All the german channels work since yesterday evening, except 3 which stopped providing data.
The updating took longer than expected, because all the data needed to be imported, instead of being just an incremental update.
We can not predict these things for 100%, so please do not demand it.
If there is a problem and we know about it, you can be sure that we are working on it as fast as we can.
