There is no indicator on their website that they have a separate channel called HD.
They have only one guide: https://www.latam.discovery.com/id/en-mexico

I also don't find any sign of a separate HD channel in Mexico.

I added it to Colombia now.
It seems to be rather a general Latin Amrican version, but you are right, Mexico has different programming.
